"Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given's"

"Contacted Givens Restoration to clean the carpet in every room of our home. We were in the process of selling our home so we wanted the carpet to have a new appearance. Gentlemen arrived on time to scheduled appointment and were courteous and professional. They explained the procedure that they were going to use and asked did I have any questions or concerns. After cleaning by Givens Restoration, the carpet look and felt clean and smell fresh like new. We have Givens Restoration scheduled to clean the carpets in our newly purchased home and also clean the duct work prior to moving in.
