"They really did a good job on the ties that I dropped off. The tires were pretty cheap, under five dollars each. They were dropped off on a Saturday and were ready the following Tuesday. Really polite when I went in to pick them up and pay for them."
"I have used this cleaner in the past and been happy. Today, I came in with an emergency. I had a silk dress that I wore for my sons wedding last weekend in California that I needed to have cleaned for his reception on Saturday. The owner got a big huge smile and told me he could not help. Next, I called City Cleaners (this establishment) in Payette, and they said they would be happy to take care of me. I drove 15 minutes to that cleaner, and when I came in the woman told me that they were owned by the same people as Garrett’s and Garretts had called and told her not to clean the dress for me. So, Garrett is maintaining a monopoly in town, and very unwilling to help a single mom in a pinch."
"I took my vintage wedding dress here to be cleaned. It was yellow when I took it to them and came back a beautiful white. The service was really good to work with. They do appear to be really busy though, so I would recommend taking anything you need cleaned by a deadline earlier rather than later!"
