"I had a broken main line to my house (not that I knew that when I called Pioneer Plumbing - I thought it was my water heater…though it was also that). George and his crew came out and identified the problems with my water heater, but also identified that I had a main water line issue that I was unaware of. I had the city maintenance come out and open my meter box and sure enough - the city worker told me it’s clear something is broken because my meter was spinning! George and Mike and the rest of the crew were patient, understanding, and honest. I am grateful for their candor and their efforts. Honestly, the more I sit here enjoying having running water again, I find I cannot express how appreciative I am of how tirelessly they all worked to fix my issue. Some good fortune on my part allowed them to get the work done the next day, but they had a plan in place for a temporary solution the day they came out, and I could tell that they valued me as their customer. When all was said and done, the bill felt fair and reasonable, and I was grateful for that, as well! I highly recommend this company. Even if you have another company you have done business with in the past, Pioneer Plumbing is worth a call. They take pride in their name, and their work product - and that’s more than can be said for a lot of people these days."

"Our water main backed up last night, we could not get ANYone out to take a look/fix our problem. I made several calls this morning (about a dozen) and with the exception of Pioneer Plumbing, not one plumber was available any time soon, or they weren't taking new customers, or had gone out of business but George from Pioneer agreed to meet me when I got off work at 2, give a free estimate, 15 minutes later he had a crew at our house and within the hour our problem was solved. They were definitely responsive, reliable, fairly priced (pleasantly), and quick to get the job done. I would definitely call them again (if needed) or recommend them. Thanks George & Mike for not leaving us hanging, you guys are awesome!!"
