"We bought a bracelet for our Daughter on her 30th birthday. She wore it once and the turquoise stone feel out. And she lost this. We returned to the store to get the stone replaced. But got the run around for over 4 weeks. Seems they do not stand behind the products they sell. It is all about the profit. And to bad for the customers. I guess being a local does not matter. I won't ever recommend this store. I feel it is just cheep junk now. You would be better going some place else."
"Purchased a beautiful, yet very fragile fidget ring. Unfortunately the fragility of the piece caused it to break about 10 days after purchase. I’m comes Lisa to the rescue! She rectified the situation by replacing my beautiful, fragile ring with a beautiful, sturdy fidget ring. Great jewelry and even better service. They have a earned my business for many years to come, and I wear a lot of silver. Thanks Lisa, you’re awesome! (The replacement ring is the bottom ring on my ring finger)"

"They lie to you about what gem they selling u..The pretty young lady help my sister with ring was absolutely nice and helpful. The older lady was rude and didn't really good job of making sure I didn't spend any money at her store. The older lady lied about what she was selling. What the older lady called greem amethyst is Prasiolite or greem quarts . Know your gems if u going to sell them. Don't lie . Good day bad day never lie to ur customer. Also just cause ur older don't mean you know everthing."
