"We used to Kayla for our German Shepard Mattis for 8 months and it started great. We were happy with the results for a few months but started noticing some concerning issues. Mattis has never shown any aggression to anyone ever and she accused him of trying to bite her. At his next visit he had an accident while being groomed and she was clearly shaken by it. We were very worried about this and told her to please let us know of any other future issues. Instead of letting us know if anything else happened she continued to take his appointments and then slowly backed off of accepting his appointments. After Making excuse after excuse for being too busy to take him we then found another groomer who he loves and loves him back. She was very friendly and customer service oriented in the beginning and over time turned cold. We felt she was not professional enough to warrant our business any longer. Would definitely not recommend Kayla or wags to riches to anyone else."
