"Took my little dog in for grooming only his 3rd time ever and I paid $80 they didn’t trim his nails and since I picked him up he’s been shaking and very skittish I don’t know what happened to him, but he is not himself at all. He doesn’t come to his name. He doesn’t even wanna go outside to use the potty. He just sits there and shakes, he looks so sad, like he was mistreated or something. I feel horrible for taking him there for that amount of money I paid he’s should have come home happy and healthy. Never again will I take him there !!"

"When you walk in you don't feel like you're in a groomers! There is no smell of wet dog desperation, they were fast and good and you could tell the dogs in the crates were at ease being there! My old groomer was awful she cut my dogs quick 3 times and made them bleed and you never knew what you'd get sometimes she was okay other times shes manic and off her rocker! She was rough and unprofessional! These ladies at grovers are great and personable with me and my dog!"
