Dollar Tree

"This store is filthy, constantly has bare shelves, and boxes everywhere, blocking me from seeing the items on the shelves, staff is not great. I smiled at the clerk, when I walked in, but she just looked at me, like I was gonna rob the place, or something. She was pleasant, once I checked out, but, agonizingly, excruciatingly slow. People have places to be. Why are there NEVER enough staff, working here? Why can't management come out and lend a hand? Do they think they're above honest work? Nothing is ever stocked, yet there's boxes everywhere, shopping buggies are all over the parking lot.... I have bad pulmonary scarring, from contracting covid, exercise is difficult for me, but i ride my bike to the store anyway. But, if I were able to ride further, I'd patronize a different store. Not the one farthest from me, on the blvd., though, because the Latina females in there are racist and treat white women like trash! But, the one in between the 2 stores, that one is ok. Could be better, but, could clearly be worse... Dollar tree, you have serious staffing issues. Maybe you should spend some of the money from the price hike on properly paying hard-working folks, rather than on sponsoring a racecar, so you can only afford to hire the dysfunctional, the emotionally stunted, and socially crippled."

"I get it, it's the holidays and it's busy but it's so hard to shop when there's stock in the middle of every aisle like this. Also the store was super messy this time around."

"Worse customer service ever. I went in there cause I lost something and they told me that they had it and I went in there and they said sorry we don’t have it but one of the cashiers pulled out her purse to find it after asking us how much was on it. And on top of that they were rude about it and the manger asked the lady how much was on it and she told us that they don’t have it. They are thief’s and liars. I don’t recommend going here cause they also didn’t have anything we were looking for shelves were empty boxes everywhere. Thanks dollar tree for being the worse one I’ve been too! I would give you guys a zero star but unfortunately can’t!"

"Really great selection on some things"

"I always enjoy my regular trips to this store, it's a safe place to indulge in a little shopping compulsion. The company seems to treat this location like an unwanted step child though, their size and selections seem like left overs compared to other locations. Nevertheless, I always find a basket full of useful things for pennies. But what I love most about this store is how friendly and helpful the lady at the register is. She's always working her tail off, but never complains. She does her job quickly and pleasantly and always has a kind word to say. Last week as I was walking out through the parking lot I heard this voice behind me. I'm literally half deaf so I couldn't make out what was being said. Finally I turned around and there she was, I had forgotten one of my bags! She just smiled and wished me a nice day. Sadly, you don't see that kind of integrity much these days, and when you do it should be acknowledged and honored. I hope this company recognizes the gem of an asset they have in this lady. If you shop here, take the time to say something nice to this fine person!"
