There was a difficult stain on the carpet from the injury, blood that we didn’t think would ever come out. Mica from Eagle Carpet Pros, who had cleaned Mom’s carpet in the recent past, was so caring and concerned about how Mom was doing that he came over and worked so hard doing a spot clean on the area where the blood was with no charge to us! Mica was able to completely remove the stain, and the carpet looks just like new in that area, we didn’t think it was possible! Thank you Mica with Eagle Carpet Pros for the amazing work you did!! "Mica! Not only did he provide a quote that was extremely reasonable, but went above and beyond. His service was what I consider “Idaho”. If you know, you know. Not looking to take advantage of anyone. No pressure, and willing to come back if stains do pop back up. I will note we have not had any stains come back! He is accommodating and friendly around kids and pets. Zero pressure to “upgrade” a service you might not need, yet honest about things you might consider with pets or high traffic areas.
