"I can't thank Paul enough. My vehicle broke down outside Boise on a Sunday evening. I made a couple of calls before I found Big 10-4. A real person answered the phone and said they would be there within 30 minutes. He got there on schedule and immediatly found the issue. He was knowledgeable and equipped to fix the vehicle quickly.
