"Derek @ Monster Electric is amazing! My wife and I needed to have some new switched outlets installed in the wall on our ledges. Luckily, I had recently seen a post on Nextdoor in which a person was asking for good electricians. So, I searched for that post and got Derek’s contact information and decided to give him a shot based on that recommendation. I gave him a call and we discussed what I wanted to have done. He asked for some pictures of the area in question, which I sent via text, and he quickly sent me a very reasonable quote. I discussed the quote with my wife, and she decided to have him quote some additional work. So, I reached back out to Derek and provided him with pictures of the additional work. Once again, he quickly provided me with a quote, and we scheduled the appointment. On the scheduled day, he showed up right on time, was prepared for the job, and got right to work after being shown around. He finished on time, cleaned up his mess, and was professional and courteous the entire time. I really cannot stress enough how refreshing this experience was.
