"Extremely poor quality work, They left wet trim on the wall & the flooded area was still reading 100% wet when our Insurance company come in to look at the damages. We had to have another company finish drying out the flooded area & finish tearing out wet sheetrock/trim costing us extra time & money. Then Horizon threatened to place a lien on our home prior to the insurance company settling our claim. Jim will tell you he can save you money, but it will cost you extra in the long run. So be careful."

"I had an amazing experience with Horizon! We purchased a home that had significant amounts of pet stains (that we found with a black light after we purchased). It was very discouraging. Though we’ll eventually replace the carpet, we had to move in quickly and needed the best cleaning posible. I was referred to Horizon by RCWilley. They even left a specially formulated bottle of cleaner that we can use for spills and spots. Best of all, the carpets look and smell great. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again in the future."
