"I requested a quote about 5 weeks ago through their website and have yet to receive a response. I called 2 weeks ago leaving my information for a call back with the receptionist. Never received a call back. I called again 1 week ago asking how long it would take for someone to call me to schedule anything and they took my information again, but I have still not heard anything. I understand if the company is busy, however, there should be someone in charge of communicating with those who are looking to schedule an installation."
