"DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HEMP HAUS!!! I placed an order on Monday around 1PM and as I am writing this it is 6:51PM on Thursday. They have still not made my shipping label for my order. I have tried calling the store and was able to talk to someone named John. John could not give me an answer as to why my order has not shipped yet and sent me an email saying that Eric their co-owner would be calling me to give me and update as apparently he is the only person that could tell me why my order has not shipped. Eric never called me. I’ve tried calling the store back at least 10 times now at multiple times of the day and get sent to voicemail every time now. I received a response from their customer support apologizing and saying that my order will be shipped out today 10/12/23. Well that has not happened. Their store is currently closed and I have yet to get an email saying that my shipping label was even created. After reading other customer reviews online, I am not the only customer that has had this problem. I have called my bank and the money was sent to them so they aren’t waiting on my card to clear. I had a great experience with John when I was able to talk to someone but now I feel like I’m just being ignored. My order # is 11536 for whoever reads this from the company. I would appreciate AN ACTUAL PHONE CALL instead of an email. I have received 20+ offers to buy more products before my first order has even shipped. Needless to say I am not happy with my first experience with The Hemp Haus. UPDATE: Finally after posting this i got an email with my tracking number."

"i've been satisfied with the thca products i have purchased. mimosa, gelato, and tropical cookies are great quality and the product always looks nice. dense nugs with a strong smell. the staff there and the nice guy with the nice watch always takes care of you! will come back for more flower."

"Ordered a package 7 days ago and they just they just now made the shipping label and USPS hasn't received any packages yet. I have high anxiety and seizures so because of these slow con artist I haven't had any medicine for a week and it's going to be another week before I'll have the money refunded. I hope It feels good now trying to rob an epileptic hemp haus, because I'll be contacting the BBB after this. That is if I'm not convolvulusing in the floor from lack of medicine. EDIT: my tracking number doesn't matter I can see it didn't leave your facility. When my elderly mom called they were very unhelpful. At this point I'm feeling like you people want me wait 30 days so you can keep my money but my family has already contacted the bank. You people should stick to selling from your store if it takes you 7 days to make a label. It's not right to do this too paying customers. Also I see the smart comments on the other 1 star reviews and wish I had seen them before I made a purchase because I wouldn't have brought from people who minimize peoples problems who were trying to pay your bills. I checked the mail box every day hoping for medical relief and on the 7th day I found out the only thing done was the shipping label I tracked the package. INFACT when my elderly mother called to see when it was you said it would be here today which was already an exceptional long time for a package."
