"The employees @ Pet Smart were so kind and considerate. I brought my cat Springer in to get his nails clipped but he was so upset with the ride they couldn't do it. So he is rescheduled for next Tuesday @7pm. It should be more quiet. I hope this ride he'll be ok."
"I have never had so many issues with getting my dog groomed. Move from Idaho Falls to meridian and this PetSmart sucks. The groom staff feels so unhappy to be there. They aren't accommodating. Definitely done taking my dog there."

"This store will forever be my favorite pet store! Every single one of the staff members I’ve worked with have been super friendly and knowledgeable. We got our snake there a year ago and wanted to upgrade him to a larger terrarium. We had an issue with the first one we brought home as the door was broken, but we called the store and they said to bring it back to switch it out. When we arrived, they had a new one waiting for us at the front and the exchange went perfectly. I will never shop at another pet store!"
