"Absolutely love this office. I worked healthcare for years and was never happy with any of the providers I was supposed to see in the health system I worked for. Christie came recommended to me by a friend after my husband had a medical emergency in 2015 and I have been going to her ever since. I have also recommended her to many others who have been seeing her for years. She cares deeply about her patients and listens. I disagree with some of the negative reviews I read. I have lost almost 70 pounds while being her patient and a chunk of my issues were due to my weight. She has supported me through my weight loss and keeps me in check. That’s what an amazing physician does. An amazing physician is honest and that is what she is. I have been so impressed with her care I recently switched both my teenagers over to her and they both absolutely love her. The office is great and everyone is always nice. Her nurse is incredible and has been there for years. I highly recommend this practice."

"I love Borron , they have always been amazing to me & my husband. I read the complaints of a couple of ex patients saying they don’t listen & are judgmental if you are over weight. My husband & I are both over weight & not just 20 pounds, they have ALWAYS listened to us & have been nothing but caring & supportive of us. They are great listeners & really care about our whole health , mental & physically. They’ve been our doctors for 10 years & will continue to be. Love every provider, nurse & office staff."

"I was a patient here for 9 years. I used to love their service and highly recommended them to anyone who asked. In the last few years their service has gone down drastically. I understand COVID has been hard on the medical field but it's pretty ridiculous. I've had other clinics that have needed information from them and they had to request it three times because the form was sent over blank after Borron had said it was complete. They are not queer friendly and I agree with the previous commenter that if you are overweight they treat it as if that is your only problem. I understand weight effects your health. I also understand that your health can effect your weight. I don't feel I was ever genuinely listened to when asking for help with my weight. Also be aware that if you get sent to collections, they give you two warnings and then drop you as a patient. I was not aware of this and ran out of a prescription. Instead of just sending the refill for a med I've taken six+ years and making me aware I need to find a new care provider for my next refills, they just said "well you got a letter and we left a voicemail seven months ago." Since that letter was sent, they had filled prescriptions, they had spoken with me, and communicated with other clinics. Not once during that time was it mentioned I wasn't a patient anymore. I have luckily been able to get into a new doctor within the next two weeks but I feel it's wildly unethical that they are okay with two notices and then not filling a thyroid medication that I get very sick off of. I hope I'm still able to work during this time between appointments and that I don't get too sick. I understand that I need to pay my bills or they won't see me. I don't have a problem with that. I have a problem that they have really left me hanging medically and that doesn't feel right. I'm disappointed because I did like this office for so long. I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"I was a patient for a majority of my life. For YEARS, I expressed back pain, and was given the same answer every time: I needed to lose weight. Turned out, I've had Cushing's for almost a decade, and they never ONCE considered figuring out what was actually wrong. But instead, would tell me to eat healthier and exercise more. Because of their negligence, I now have osteoporosis and muscular atrophy at 23 because neither Brookney or Christie wanted to listen to me. Healthy teenagers don't have back pain, but they decided it was ok to blame it on me since I was overweight. I now have had years shaved off my life because they refused to listen to their patient when they said something wasn't right. Christie also spent over an hour squeezing my nexplanon out of my arm like a zit, and ended up not extracting it after what felt like an eternity. I went to the ER a week later, and it was taken out within 5 minutes. Kira and Elyssa are AMAZING, but if you're fat and want to be taken seriously, do NOT go here for treatment."
