"GOING INTO 4TH WEEK WITH OUT PAY BECAUSE OFFICE LADY IS INCOMPETENT AND CANNOT FILL OUT A BASIC FORM! Office staff, assistants, and scheduler are all disorganized and incompetent. Doctors are amazing and the ONLY reason I've dealt with the constant issues... They removed because it's true!!!"
