"We have really loved this office especially for my son who struggles greatly with going to the dentist. They're all so kind and helpful. Unfortunately when I recently called to add my youngest as a new patient I was told they were not accepting new medicaid patients. The woman I talked to was very short and kind of rude when I asked if there was a waiting list. I have since emailed and gotten no response. Having my kids see different dentists is not a great option and moving my son is not going to be easy at all. I'm frustrated they don't seem to want to work with me on this. I really loved this office and the respect they showed my children previously. However the radio silence to my question and rudeness from the woman I spoke with on the phone is far from the respect they should be treating all patients with."

"Dr. Pysnak and his staff at the Fruitland office did an awesome job with my daughter when she had to come in twice for crowns. They made it a good experience for her and did everything so quickly while explaining every step to make her more comfortable. I definitely recommend this office for any dental needs for kiddos! Also, a couple years ago I brought my older son here because he has severe anxiety over dental work. They were nice enough to see him even tho he was on the edge of the age range they prefer to see. It helped him be less anxious and now he sees a regular dentist just fine! Thank you so much from our family!"
