"Nice small gym to get a quick workout. Restrooms have clean showers readily available. Dumbbells go up to 100 lbs, plenty of weight plates and different benches to choose from. Cardio room has a variety of equipment!"

"This is the only real gym in town and aside from being way to hot it isn't bad. The staff has been friendly and helpful and the equipment is good. The membership costs are comparable to all the other gyms I've used and they do offer a discount if you sign up for 6 months. My advice to anyone who plans to visit would be to wipe down the machines before you use them, all to often I see people that don't wipe them down once they've finished so it is better to be safe."
