"I have been going to Kathleen for many years now and have always had a pretty good experience but I have to say I am very disappointed with our treatment this year. Understandably, as we did not get them in until the last minute, it has still taken over a month to get them done, without however, one courtesy phone call to let us know how it was going. In fact I called a week and an half ago and was told that it should not be much longer and that they would let me know. No word. Today (one month and two days), in the morning, I called for an update and was told I would receive a call back from our tax preparer to let me know how they were progressing . No word. I called again at 4:45 and was told they were done and would be ready Friday or Monday, in 2-5 days from now. Considering that one has to do a lot of the work oneself and that it is several hundred dollars to get them done, I do feel there should be better customer service, especially for loyal customers. Thank you"
