"Great store! Purchased some mountain talkies and other essentials for skiing. I wore my trailhead trucker cap pretty much the entire trip! The coffee at the wee cafe inside the store was great too. Lovely staff and great gear!! Thanks Trailhead!"
"Great place near the resort to pick up some Essentials and their prices are reasonable considering it's proximity to the resort. They have a lot of really good brands. I purchase a Patagonia mid layer and it was the same price as it would have been if I bought it back home. They also have a lot of essential items especially if you're new to high altitude like some of the small aerosolized oxygen canisters that you can fit in your pocket. They really help you ease through the altitude sickness if you happen to get it. They also have tons of other Essentials and gear you might have forgotten to pack without murdering you on the prices."
"I came in to buy snow shoes and clothes and was super impressed with the staff! The woman who helped us spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the levels of snow shoes and later after climbing 1,000 ft elevation over 1.5 miles I was thrilled with the choice! Their selection of everything outdoors was superb!"
"Favorite adventure equipment store! We originally found this place on the way to camping in Granby when we needed to pick up a butane can. We ended up finding some really amazing folding towels that fold tiny in a bag. They have everything you didn’t know you needed. We’ve since been back for gifts for family members. They have a great coffee shop and bathrooms if you need it. They also have a rewards program that’s free to sign up."
"Absolutely wonderful customer service! Great brand quality. Brought my older Osprey in for a re-fit and Kramer, the manger, helped me jury-rig the pack for a 12k hike. She sat on the floor and used my pack as if it was a artist canvas. Wonderful place! Enjoy!!!"
