"We had an appointment in the afternoon so we left work early and drove into town from north Spokane. As we were parking and getting ready to walk into the building, we received a phone call where she told us that she no longer works these hours and won’t be able to see us and gave us referrals. We were literally outside the building for our appointment. It’s unprofessional to call clients at the exact time of their appointment to completely cancel on them. I won’t be using any referrals as this experience has left me with low expectations of her advice and recommendations."
