"Had shoulder surgery with a bicep repair 3 months ago and have been seen by Mark for a little over a month. The leaps and bounds Mark has done with my shoulder in such a short time has even amazed the doctor. Best physical therapist I have had the pleasure of working with and I have dealt with my fair share through the years! Compared to other places I have had no issues with billing or scheduling and everyone that works there are friendly and sincere!"
"My first visit was okay - kinda. Mark seemed distracted, but I put it down to an off day. Round two, however, was awful! It took me at least 5 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge that I was there. (The receptionist [Rebecca] was engrossed in what seemed to be a delightful personal phone call.) I wasn't told that my visit was with someone else - Amy(?) When the therapist came out, she didn't even introduce herself! Amy was super-distracted: visiting with her workmates and even "my other client," as she said. WAIT!! Was she DOUBLE-BOOKED?!!! (The person she was talking to was in the treatment area.) Anyway, the whole time I was there, she seemed barely aware of my presence, and was upset when I told her how I felt. She overworked my injured shoulder, and even the other one was sore by the time she got done with me. (Even though I left early.) It was an experience I definitely DON'T want to repeat!!"

"Great experience with scheduling and therapy! Mark established a thorough exercise program both while at the clinic or at home. Christy was very helpful and accommodating at the front desk and Alisa was always friendly and encouraging. Mark can carry on a conversation about anything which is a wonderful distraction when working through the pain of recovery! I would highly recommend the Nampa clinic and will return for any future treatment if needed."
