"My boyfriend and I are applying for an apartment here. Haileigh has a great energy and she was very helpful with all of our questions during our tour! There are plenty of amenities and the complex is very neat!"

"Warning to all future tenants: DO NOT MOVE HERE! Current resident trying to leave and cannot warn people enough about this place enough. Management will find new ways to charge and will not communicate with you should a confusion happen causing many fees to pile up before alerting you. Staff is also rude and will not update paperwork properly so it continues to charge you. Upkeep is so bad they refuse to empty the three pools in the complex and cold weather causes a lake of ice in the parking lot when it freezes. Security is abysmal. (Cops have to be called multiple times due to shootings and fires). It is an embarrassment to live here and my lease renewal cannot come soon enough. I encourage anyone living here to seek other residence and anyone looking to pass this place up."

"I’m new to the area got transferred down here from Hays with my job. I was looking for a reasonable price apartment to live in several places either wouldn’t return my calls or emails, then I stopped here and Sydni was the one who helped me with all my questions showed me around and did a really good job in assisting me. I like the area cause it’s a quiet neighborhood and everything you need is right there in the area."

"Do not rent from this place. Moved in June of 2023, air did not work all summer, kept being told it was getting fixed, never did, then heat did not work. Was moved to a different unit in December and their are problems with the pipes during these cold temps, maintenance has said its not a frozen pipe and the plumber is finally coming to fix the issue days later. Was finally offer a key to another apartment to shower but when we went to pick it up they said we can only have access to it between 8-5 while they are in the office, yet they told me that at 4:45. Will not recommend this place ever. Bad customer service. Hayley (SP) is rude and not helpful, how do you expect someone to have to drive in ice and snow to use the bathroom at a store when the apartment below is empty and has running water."

"My experience with Horizons East was great. I was interested in renting and the property manager Malaia was so helpful and very friendly. She was patient with me and all my questions. I didn't end up renting but the staff was by far one of the friendliest during my search."
