"This venue double booked two incompatible events. Obviously a live music performance and a film screening should not be done at the same time. Telling musicians to turn down their volume all the way or leave and then continue to deny what actually happened is an extremely inappropriate response. This venue has demonstrated a complete lack of care for black and lgbtq+ community members and small businesses. This is not a community minded venue. They continue to not accept responsibility for the actions of the staff and their mistake for booking incompatible events, they only care about money."

"This business displayed abhorrent racisim to multiple individuals at an event they except to host over 2 months prior. They do not care about your time, options, or even just basic professionalism. What they do care about however is taking as much money from you as possible. This place needs some serious new management, and soon. I will be actively telling all my freinds, family, neighbors, and anyone else I find on the street, to avoid this venue at all costs."

"I lived at the Lux for almost 4 years renting an apartment unit. The location downtown is perfect and safe with ample parking options and even a secure garage. I had no issues during my time renting here. Management is great and they quickly helped me solve a couple minor issues or items that came up during my tenancy. I highly recommend renting here if you are looking for a spot downtown. This was the fourth place I rented at downtown so far and overall I can easily say it has been and is the best. Thank you!!"

"These apartments offer great space and open views. I liked the two or more bedroom floor plans. The one bedroom studio is tight with minimal storage. The rooftop lounge was nice and inviting. The way these are built sounds like electricity and water bills are lower so that's handy when factoring in the price."

"My husband surprised me with a birthday party here! The event was perfect! He had the space all day to get our friends in to decorate. There was ample room as he invited over 100 guests, though only about 60 showed up, we could have easily and comfortably accommodated over 100. The food was catered by Larkspur and you can't go wrong there! We has chicken and steak skewers, meatballs, hummus, spinach and article dip, pita chips, tortilla chips, fruit, and cheese. There was a fully stocked bar (we went the cash bar route). There was a sound system wr hooked into to play music, avoiding the cost of a DJ. The staff was very friendly and helpful making the atmosphere great for our event. You won't go wrong choosing this space for your next event or party as well!"
