"It has its issues, but please tell me what place dont ? So far katrina and jason ( the office staff doing job of 6 ppl )doing there best Let the office staff know ur problem and they get on it asap Thats y i gave it 4 stars owners are lacking brains! (And thats my opinion deal with it) Compared to the old office staff its a dramatic change good or bad? will always depend on how u approach the staff, but major difference. (if u havent noticed im not a fan of the upper mangegment they love to place blame of there incompetence on the office staff or the clients that they serve) ( news flash ur clients/customers pay your bills)"
"I live here and I love it. The new managers are awesome. Just be honest with them and pay your rent on time. They are really cleaning the place up."
"I live here and i really enjoy it. Very quiet and no one bothers us. My kids are able play outside without any worries. Had a few issues but they were quick to fix the issues. Honestly i love it here. And they are very understanding."
"The place honestly needs bull dozed to the ground. Roof needs replaced, apartment ceilings leak. Full of bed bugs, roaches, meth and crack addicts. Donna Forsythe does not want to do anything about maintenance issues.When a repair is needed to be made her comment will be , " well it was fine until you moved in" ! Not to mention when she goes to court and gets on the stand she will lie her ass off under oath. The price of 165.00 a week was a little unfair considering the disrepair the place is in. Very Uninhabitable! !"
"Its a place to live and ill leave it at that. Donna, the manager is great. Just be upfront n honest in your dealings with her. If not, she could cause ya problems ;)"
