"Just wanted to thank management and Scott, the maintenance technician, for the quick and excellent response to my 4 requests for repairs to be made around the unit. I put the requests on the portal yesterday late afternoon and Scott was at my apartment this morning and knocked out all of the requests! All jobs were well done. You couldn't ask for better response than that!"

"Well I can only speak about my experience. I lived at Riverwalk for 5 years and in that time it was great until the last year when need management took over and at first things were good but then they quickly turned for the worse the office staff well one person in particular (Ashley) the office manager she just got very rude and mean towards the end of my stay because my apartment starting to have a leak when turn in it which was from a patch job that was done when I first moved in told to me by the maintenance guy and I told him well I hope the fix it right for the next person and make sure that no one gets sick!!! Needless to say all they did was paint over the problem!!! The wall and ceiling should have been replaced due to 5 years of mold growing behind the wall and carpet!!! When we were moving out my kids over heard the office staff say to one of the workers in another apartment so what are we going to do about the mold in 103 and he said we’re just going to paint over it and that should take care of the problem. So be warned that mold is taking over the whole building. The building # is 2635 and my unit was 303 here are pictures of the damage!!!"

"Considering their prices are about average, I expected a lot less when I went to view an apartment. I was impressed! The staff was great, the grounds were clean, the floor plans were really nice, and the amenities top notch! My app is IN !!!"

"I do not recommend living here, for the last three weeks we have been without Air Conditioning while it has been in the triple digits with excess heat warnings being given from kake news. Every time we have tried to get any information about the status of when we would be able to see a technician has been met with the office staff saying they will get back to us and yet not once have we ever received a call back after being told this. When asked when a supervisor would be in so we could talk to them and not keep bothering them since so far it seems as if they would not be interacting with this team of technicians, and was told to come into the office some time. Yet when we talked today they could not tell us any information about this team and the time in which they would actually be working on the AC units, and even asked if the office employed maintenance man has been out to see it. He has not been out once in all three weeks even with us reaching back out. The run around we have received for this has not been appreciated, yet seems to be a pattern with the office staff. We have the same issue when informing the office when the doggy poop station is overflowing, the latest reason that has been told to us is that the rain prevented pick up, yet it has been triple digits and dry the last 3 day minimum. This paired with an invite to come plant a potted plant in the Air Conditioned office as a community party has felt like a slap in the face."

"The first picture is what it should look like. The rest is what my patio looks like cause the support beam just fell off. Not to mention the tome the stairs were so weak and rusted my sister fell through them. Staff is rude. Maintenance doesn’t maintain Edit: in case any one is wondering this still has not been fixed. And since the grounds keeps have busted my patio door (still not fixed after months), the heat doesn’t work, and the oven doesn’t work. Mind you this place claims to have 24 hour maintenance 07/18/2022- Still haven't fixed ANYTHING at all. Mind you this has been going on for months 8/24/2022 heat still has not been fixed. Still haven’t fixed the shattered window that their grounds keepers broke. They have still never fixed the patios support beam. When you go into the office to ask for updates they just laugh and say they cant do anything about it. All the while they’re raising the prices of rent."
