"Nice apartments nice kitchens with an island. Gated entry is nice for my daughter who lives there. Makes it safer. These apartments are located at 21st and Maize Rd. They are close to literally everything you would want to do. There are dozens of restaurants within a couple minutes. A ton of stores to shop at. It is a great location to live especially if you like to have options on for your daily or nightly activities."
"By far one the best complexes I have lived in. The staff is awesome and very friendly. My neighbors are all really friendly. Bennington is located in a great location, you don't have to travel far to get most things necessary. I have now lived here for a little over a year and half, and would recommend this apartment complex."
"I love the location of those apartment. Just lived here a short while and the people are extremely friendly. They are great at taking care of things when needed quickly and it’s maintenance free, they even change your light bulbs! The apartments interior is well done and I love it. Even though the location is near a busy part of town I don’t hear traffic noise when windows are open. Only downfall so far is they put money into the look of the apartments but not into sound prodding the apartments. I can hear the people above me and behind me a lot more then I thought I would in such a newer built complex. I have friends that live in much older complexes that seem quieter then these. Other then that I have no complaints with this complex."
"I have lived in apartments all over this town and I have NEVER lived in one as nice as this. Friendly neighbors who always wave and say hi to you, great grounds keeping, quiet apartments and tons of fun community events! Speaking of events, the staff here does an amazing job and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and a part of a real community. The property manager Rachel is patient, attentive and really does give off a vibe that she actually cares about you and what you have to say. Nicole is always smiling and once visited my girlfriend at her work just to give her a tasty treat! If you are looking for luxury apartments and this side of town is where you want it, look no further than here!"
