Comfort Suites Airport

"The furniture and doors in our room were all scuffed up, so much so that I thought I should take pictures so they don't try and say that I did the damage. The grippies in the tub were falling off. The pull out sofa bed was falling apart. The heater to the pool was broke so the water was ice cold, so much so that I was worried about hypothermia for my kids. The ONLY reason I picked this hotel over the other one I was considering was because the pictures showed a hot tub but apparently they have since closed that up. And the cherry on the cake.. 15 minutes before checkout a housekeeper used her master key to let herself in while we were still occupying it. Absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. You pay for what you get."

"Front desk and cleaning staff are nice. The problem we have here is that they offer shuttle services from 7am to 10 pm. That is a lie. They tell me they cant find their shuttle person? Rooms missing refrigerators. Switching them from room to room. Heater not working, trash cans missing, tvs not working, bath tub clogged. The only thing good is the breakfast, location, bed and blackout curtains. Other than that they need to keep up with maintenance and hire reliable transportation that they offer on their website."

"My wife and I were there for a few nights from Wednesday night Valentines day until Sunday morning, it was very rewarding to walk into a hotel room and you check it out to see how clean it is, and to my surprise, I was glad there was no hair on the toilet, vanity or the shower/tub and the bed, no trash on the floor and after looking diligently, not to be a hotel critic, this particular Choice Hotel was very nice, I give them a high five, but I did one piece of long hair on the hand held hair dryer and some dust, but by me being bald headed and I knew I wasn't going to use it, I ignored it and kept on stepping, Thanks for a wonderful stay. "Hotel is nice. Front desk staff was rude when dealing with a service animal. Claims she knows what she can and cannot do, while trying to require service dog to wear a vest. ADA does not require a vest, certification of any kind, or breed specific. She refused to listen to what the law says as I summed it up. Refused to read the ADA as it pertains to service animals. Walked away twice before resolution. Manager(?) Was receptive, but I doubt it will do any good. Staff was not open to learning about things that affect her job. The security deposit is ridiculous, especially for a Diamond member. Was treated like I was a transient by staff"
