"Well, it’s not like this guy needs another 5 star review, but he deserves it. I knew less than nothing about air soft and started to look at web page, after page, after page, and just got overwhelmed with all the reviews and options. By the grace of God I came a cross Norwest Operators and decided give Mike a call. To say the least, Mike put up with me and all my “dumb questions” and never made me feel stupid or that he didn’t have time for me. I feel that he got me what I needed and made sure that I didn’t waist my money. He will for sure be my go-to guy and I will be sending everyone that I know his way. "This is the best Airsoft store I’ve been too, Norwest really sets the bar. A week from flying out to a MSW game I was able to get parts(at the same prices as online) I needed saving costly overnight shipping. Before I left I found a massive crack in the gearbox of my AEG so I took it in. Mike had me swapped to an upgraded gearbox along with other routine maintenance completed in about an hour, same day. I will be back!"

"You are in the right place! I thought google took me to the wrong place, but the store is in the basement. I don't know a lot about airsoft, and my son that is getting involved in it is a beginner. The owner mans the store, and brings a ton of great knowledge and advice with zero pressure. The selection and prices are extremely fair, and you are supporting local. Being able to see everything in person is a huge benefit. My son's first experience at an airsoft tournament was with the first gun I bought him from a retail store. He was decimated. He saved up and we went to Norwest, and with the setup he was able to get was much more effective at his next tournament. It was a lot more fun. I just bought some Christmas gifts for my son, and it was really helpful to get some guidance. Do yourself a favor, and visit the store in person!"
