"On October 1st at 1230 I was in your store for 30 minutes without anyone asking if I needed anything. There was a young man there that stood at the cash register area spinning a stick but never even looked our way. My wife had to go asked him for help before we left. Horrible"
"The store was very cluttered and very messy. Difficult to find anything. Worst part was the NO A/C!!! My grandsons and I were all drenched in sweat by the time we finally found what we were looking for. Prices are decent!! The young lady who checked me out super friendly unlike the older lady. Mentioned how uncomfortably HOT the store was the young lady apologized and informed me the A/C works maybe half the day. That is uncalled for. Not only do the customers SUFFER but the poor staff has to be miserable. Maybe that's why some are so crabby. No excuse for such conditions"
"Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before walking out. The 2 girls working were too busy socializing with each other in the middle of the store. Made eye contact several times with one of them and she never came over."
