"The unit spacious & the beds were comfortable. Liked that both bed rooms were about same size. Liked the great room design which made the place feel spacious. Only parking for one car but not a problem because we parked 2 cars on the street in front of the unit. If returning would be looking to stay again."

"Quiet dog-friendly neighborhood and great amenities! We loved the full size kitchen and spacious hot tub. Heads up, the garage is too small to fit two pickups but shouldn’t be an issue with cars/SUVs. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Our family of four (all adults) found this property to be comfortable, roomy, and in a great location. We appreciated the higher end Miele kitchen appliances and the ability to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were too firm for us but I'm sure that's a personal preference. Important to know the attached garage is small. It did not fit our Toyota tundra truck. Fortunately, we found street parking up the hill."

"I recently had an experience that left me disappointed and inconvenienced. After confirming and making plans around my reservation, it was unexpectedly cancelled without any clear reason. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, the lack of communication and support made the situation even more frustrating. I was left scrambling for alternatives, which resulted in additional stress and costs. I'd advise potential users to have backup plans in place or consider other platforms to ensure their travel plans remain intact."

"It takes a lot to get me to write a review as I dislike the process. But an outstanding company can get me to write a positive review. Likewise I occasionally have such a bad experience that I am compelled to warn others. Unfortunately such is the case with this nasty company. My wife used them to book a 2 night stay in Sun Valley for her girlfriend and herself. She agreed to the 3 day window to cancel with a 50% fee. Soon she had to change the dates but found the customer service to be atrocious. She could not get a representative to help and was on the phone for over an hour. She tried again to no avail. She then attempted with E-Mail . She finally decided that things were so difficult that she was just going to cancel instead. This too was extremely hard to do because of poor staffing and response times. We have e mail confirmation of her numerous attempts to cancel within the 3 day timeframe but the company refuses to refund our money. I believe that this company wants the $ 257 fee so bad that they care nothing of fairness or their reputation. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. This experience is the worst that I have had with any company in the past several years by far. Please avoid this company ( one which I had never heard of before now ) at all costs."
