"We spent a week at Twin Lakes Retreat. There was nine of us and we all thought this was the best family vacation ever! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this amazing place! The house was big enough that we all could have our personal space when we wanted and there was plenty of space to come together. This felt like home from the minute we stepped in the house, the owners have thought of everything! It is very well appointed, the pictures don’t do it justice! It was so clean, perfect..inside and out. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and then some! The view is spectacular! Wendy was so easy to work with and any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally! She wowed me! 5 star service!! There is so much to do, swim, hike, float, kayak, (a moose and her calf was spotted on a morning paddle! ) evenings by the fire pit, shop in Coeur d’Alene.... rent a boat, horseback riding.... we did it all! Honestly I didn’t want to post this only because I don’t want it to get so popular that it will be too hard to rent ! But this place is too good not to share! We are already talking about going back! We didn’t want to leave!"
"We stayed at the Twin Lake Retreat for 4 nights. We had 6 adults and 2 children. We visited the area for my nieces graduation. We had tickets for silverwood but decided to stay and enjoy the home and area. We enjoyed the nearby golf course. We kayaked across the river and watched a bird dive down in the lake for a few minutes and come up with a fish, our children swam all day, fires at night, used the paddle boat for some great excercise. House was very clean, beds were comfortable and the view from living room deck and patio was amazing."
