"I had a great experience"

"UPDATE: I spoke with a person here today (a woman) that was completely impatient and unhelpful. I have a pair of glasses arriving either tomorrow or the next day and I’m trying to find out if they will be here before I leave town tomorrow. The woman I spoke with who is supposed to be serving her members has decided to be completely annoyed that I’m even asking a question about how to receive my glasses if they don’t come in on time. Short and curt on the phone. I was literally just asking her a few questions and she was rude and annoyed. This is not the way to treat your customers. I think this may have been the same woman that checked my husband out a few weeks ago. She doesn’t act friendly and is ALL business when you come in. Short answers and very to the point in her communication. Costco needs to coach this woman to be kind and courteous and helpful. ————- I have used this optical department three times in the last two months and the employees have been really great. I have had to replace nose guards on two pairs of glasses and we also asked some questions about contact lenses yesterday. The ladies that I have spoken to have all been very kind and helpful. Their friendly smiles are greatly appreciated."

"Thank you for putting up with my super picky glasses needs. You always offering suggestions and trying to get me what I want, even when I am stressed with all of my kids there and I have no time. You even went as far as to try and get me the same glasses I had before."

"Get your website updated with pertinent info (like your phone number) and that you need an appointment and should call for one, instead of making people wade through the checkout area swarming with people, only to be turned away and told to call. They do this cool thing with websites now where there's a place for your phone number and you can even book appointments online."

"Only two people working at the counter. Each customer is treated to individual care but 8 people in line. After I selected my glasses , I stood and waited at the counter for 35 minutes to get my order processed. Then it was another 15 min to process my order. Great pricing but pack your patience."
