"Pretty quick service whether you're using the in store window pick up or the drive-thru service. Usually, it's about a 5 min wait, sometimes more like 5-10 if you're going around 4-5 in the afternoon."
"I was calling around trying to find a pharmacy open, it was the 4th of July. Closest place was Pines and Sprague. We live on the north side around the Shadle area, so I wasn't really very happy about it. My fiancee was needing a script filled right then, but she wasn't letting me go all the way out there and we waited till the next day to get it filled at our usual place. I'd love to go back to using Walgreens though, they have great service and staff. Rite aid is really starting to go down hill. But Walgreens stopped taking Molina healthcare."
"I had an amazing experience with the pharmacy tech, Joel. I had to wait on hold for quite a long time and was unable to get ahold of someone to find out about my prescription refill. When I got to the store and explained this to him he prepared my refill in just a few minutes instead of making me wait 45mins-1 hour, which I assume is the standard wait time. I appreciated him working with me and showing me some kindness today!"
"My doctor sent my prescription here a week ago and I was notified it was delayed due to being out of stock. I called them today to check on it and it wasn't ordered yet. Not only that, but the person who answered the phone explained that it can take a while to get this one in. I understand that which is why it is particularly frustrating that the order wasn't placed when the prescription was sent in by my doctor."
"Got over charged by $50.00 on Christmas. Store manager then informed me he could only repay me with a store credit card that would only buy select merchandise. I paid with cash I should've been reimbursed with cash, I had a receipt and it was their mistake overcharging me to begin with. Best part of the whole experience was when I went to use this store credit on "approved" merchandise.... it had a zero balance. They still have not resolved issue."
