"We came to see Dr. Liddell at St Luke’s pediatric for a follow up with our toddler after being treated at St Luke’s ER for a mild concussion from a fall. Dr Liddell was very attentive and caring while helping to educate us on general medical knowledge that applied to our daughters mild head injury. He helped us to feel well taken care of and let us know what to look out for."

"I had an appointment today for my 2 week old newborn, at 11am this morning. Due to traffic we arrived and checked in 7 minutes late for the appointment. After we checked in we waited about 20 minutes before the nurse came over to tell us that the doctor will not be seeing my daughter today because we were late per hospital policy. I have never heard of this policy before with my other daughter. So they refused to see a newborn because we were 7 minutes late. No one was in the waiting room waiting with us, we were the only ones there. Now if we would have been informed on the new late policy I wouldn't be very upset because it would be my fault for being late. I am just disappointed that a newborn child was refused."
