"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great. The train does run and couple up additional cars right behind the hotel which can be a bit noisy in the early morning hours on some nights."

"Right next to the train tracks and will not stay here again. The tv stopped working the second night and it was too late to get it fixed. Mold in the shower, only had 2 towels for 4 people, we were told we couldn't have more towels. There was a weird smell and the coffee pot was dusty and placed in the bathroom with cups that were not in plastic/protected. The room was dusty and dirty. The people were friendly however, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast because the options weren't what I wanted (waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and hardboiled eggs)."

"3 people 2 towels. Could not get a third unless turning in a used one, we went to turn in the used one and they “didn’t have any towels”. Roll of toilet paper was only long enough to be touching the floor, and it was. Room was dirty, garbage on floor and under bed, hair in bathtub, windows need cleaned from previous tenants. People at the counter couldn’t be bothered to get up and help, just a bunch of excuses about why, even when there was 3 of them behind the counter, not helpful. Room was listed with a balcony, there wasn’t one and when I inquired because I paid more for a balcony the lady said that’s what you get for booking online. Rude, dirty, dark and depressing. Only booked to sleep here and shower. Very disappointed."

"Staff was very nice, good customer service. The room was clean - except for the shower curtain in the tub, which was disgusting along the bottom. There was mold showing on the ceiling above the tub. Hair dryer did not work. There were 5 lamps, right out of the 1950's, and only 3 had light bulbs, which were very weak. Really, you can't afford to put light bulbs in all the fixtures? No overhead light. Room was just too dark, I tried to eat take-out at the desk but could barely see the food. I heard from others in the lobby that they also were missing light bulbs, and there were none to be had in the hotel. Thursday night price was $100+ more than the Wednesday price. Walls were very thin, could hear someone next door throwing up during the night, could have done without that, and I'm sure he/she could have as well. Train tracks right outside the window, facing the river. I won't be back."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. We checked in last night 10/10/23. As a standard we always check the beds and furniture for pests. The sheets weren't changed, they had blood stains on the sheet, mattress and pad. There were several bed bug casings under the mattress and on the chair next to the bed. (Also coated in food under the cushion) We immediately asked for a refund, got our receipt and left. Mind you, we were extremely kind and asked the girl at the desk to please come look. She refused so we showed dher the pictures we took, she agreed and gave us a receipt showing the refund and stated it will take 24 hours. So we find another hotel (Hampton, Way better) we're only in lewiston as I have surgery this afternoon so this has been very stressful. Well today, they charged us another $152, and $89 for a cancelation fee and stated we wouldn't be getting a refund as the room was fine. Isabelle the manager was so unprofessional and rude and REFUSED to give us corporates phone number so now we have to wait to get back to Spokane to have the bank dispute this for us. We have the refund receipt!! We were in the room for maybe 4 minutes and provided them picture proof. Nothing was used whatsoever. Avoid this awful establishment at all costs!!!!"
