"I don’t get a lot of prescriptions filled, but the first one I had done here was filled within 2-3 hours of my doctor sending it in, which seems good to me! Might have even been faster, I didn’t call to check until a few hours had passed. Staff on the phone and in person were super polite."

"Unprofessional, rude, difficult, inconsiderate and that is just a start. My husband is dying and in Hospice care. Every time I have attempted to pick up a prescription issued by Hospice I have a problem, turned away, embarrassed in public by staff, endless. If another pharmacy comes to this community the Thompson Falls Family Pharmacy will be out of business."

"The pharmacy had been open on Saturday morning.till noon for a long time. The online listing also says they are open till noon in Saturday. Drove into town on Saturday morning to refill a prescription for anti biotic. The pharmacy was closed. There was no notice on the door. Several other people came during the time I was there who also were unable to get in. I tried to call the pharmacy twice and reached a voice mail that asked me for a pin. When I tried to leave a message I was refused. If I had known they weren't going to be open I could have gone in the afternoon before--or were they closed then also? Monday morning the pharmacist told me they didn't think it was worth opening Saturday since the clinics were closed. Or perhaps the Main St. Clinic was normally open on Saturday? As for the phone problem, he said they "were having trouble with their phone system". This is not acceptable. People need their medications. I may need a whole new course of anti biotic since I was not able to take any for a day and a half."
