"I have many friends in the Spokane and greater Spokane community whom receive IV infusion therapy and have fairly frequent complaints to me regarding Option Care's inability to provide patient's IV infusions at the correct dosing on the scheduled date and time and that they have been treated very very poorly by a staff member named Valerie. Since I have many family members whom are in the medical profession I thought I would try to assist by suggesting to an RN in my family that she apply to Option Care per diem. While she works full time at a local hospital she said she still can provide up to full time per diem hours depending on her availability on a weekly basis. While that may not be a traditional schedule I know she has worked at a hospital and a home health agency in the past for 10 years and has 12 total years of experience so I figured Option Care would be thrilled to have her since most home agencies will take flexible workers in order to cover needs when they do not have RNs that are available full or part time. Option Care was completely against taking on the RN apparently and decided against having another nurse to provide coverage for as many shifts as she could. They also stated that they refuse to accept Medical or Religious exemptions for the COVID vaccination even though they are supposed to provide accomodations for exemptions and all other measure that healthcare providers take such as COVID appropriate PPE and respiratory masks in addition to screening and sanitizing have proven effective in thoroughly protecting patient's. So, next time Option Care doesn't have nurses available to provide your infusion care, please know that I had RNs in my family and their friends apply and despite them all having over 40 years of experience and plenty of IV and in home experience and experience with Oncology patients, Option Care would not hire them in order to have them provide coverage for the times they were available. Again, something is better than nothing. Since the medical healthcare industry has advanced so much with staffing agencies being able to provide per diem coverage, you'd think Option Care would be able to figure out how to take make use of very experienced high quality RNs whom can provide a lot of coverage despite it not being traditional scheduling, sadly their scheduling abilities, their COVID accommodations and their customer service is outdated and they do not seem to care."

"Was visiting family in Idaho from California and ended up staying longer than expected and was able to pick-up feeding pump supplies for my daughter. Was in and out within 15 minutes. I didn't have to stress about running out of supplies and cutting the trip short."

"No, this is the absolute worst place to ever try and get any help from. Valerie is absolutely horrible, abusive, abrasive, rude, and accusatory. She will lie, cheat, and abuse any patients. If you don't trust an opinion of hers, you will forever be treated horribly by her. Her reputation precedes her as a horrible care giver. Run, run, run, run away. Your medical records will suffer due to this place, and she will lie on your medical records tarnishing your records just out of spite. I can't comprehend how she is still in employment of this company. She has zero compassion for patients, and will run your day just for fun. She is the epitome of "my way or the highway". My partner was recently denied service all because of Valerie. Please do not go here, please PLEASE SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE. This has been months and months in the making, and now our care has ceased due to her, and her alone. Customer care, if you read this, and respond with your generic response, I have a lot more infomation for you, including emails, correspondence, and proof of her heinous acts and actions."

"The nursing staff and pharmacist have been absolutely wonderful at the Spokane Valley location! The moment I walked in they made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process. The whole team was full of laughs and energy all day as patients came in and out. My husband even got to know the staff as he sat in the room with me all day and was impressed with all of them. Carlee (nurse), Val (pharmacist) , and another nurse were on their A game when I had an allergic reaction to my infusion as the rate went up. They made sure to come up with a new treatment plan with my neurologist for my next infusion to prevent any adverse reactions for the next time. As someone who has had her share of different healthcare facilities and visits, this one is one I highly recommend! Thank you everyone!"

"I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this needs to be said. My partner has been with this company for a few years now and has not had any problems. As of the past 6 months or so, they have not filled the meds for their infusion the last 3+ months. There has been so much more that has happened and gone wrong over the past few months it’s just ridiculous. Although the nurses and some staff are wonderful and very attentative, the company itself does not seem to care about their employees whatsoever or even if their patients get their much needed meds on time. This company has gone down hill thanks to their “higher ups”. Maybe one day they will get it together…."
