"Wonderful place! Have you stepped inside? Mom is able to live as independently as she can with the mobility she has. I don’t have to worry about her falling! People are there to check in on her and if she needs assistance then someone is alerted and immediately responds! A schedule is provided to keep residents involved and responsible for their physical and mental wellbeing while allowing them (residents) control over their activities. The only downside is that Mom hates the phone in her room and calling the facility to transfer the call to her room is an electronic act of gymnastics and results in a couple of mis-transfers before connecting. But at least I can sleep at night knowing Mom is safe and if she needs assistance then she can get it with the push of a button!"
