"I have never needed glasses before and just noticed my eyes were just staring to show some sings of needing help when I work on the computer. They gave me a prescription and tried to get me to buy their glasses that were over $300 and I did not like any of them. Instead, I went to Warby Parker and found the glasses I liked. Sent my prescription in and paid $170 for the glasses I liked. When I got them I was shocked. They were super think and so so strong. To the point I get nauseous when I have them on for a few seconds. I called Warby parker because I was sure they made a mistake but they confirmed that’s the perception they were sent. I paid $350 for my exam. I tried calling and texting this office with no answer. I basically gave them $350 for nothing. Instead Warby Parker set me up with cute reading glasses at .75. They are perfect. Not sure how this office got it so wrong."

"As a Senior Editor for the world's largest IT research company, my eyes are important. When they issued me the glasses for sitting at my computer, I told them they weren't working. They said "give them a chance." I took them home, they still didn't work right, I was getting headaches. I took them back, and they agreed to "fix" them. I took them home and tried them again. No change. They just didn't work. When I took them back again, they said it had been more than 60 days and couldn't get my money back, so I left the $200-plus glasses on the counter and walked out. If you enjoy inferior work and questionable morals, this is the place for you!"

"Front office staff are discriminatory. They engage in intentional incompetence and lack of care. I have received low class service from them since COVID. Dr. Crantz is a good doctor, but the front staff women are hateful. Also the office smells of death. We will not be returning after November's appointment."
