"Overall I'm grateful for my time inpatient. However, the staff and patients I was with during my first week's stay used my triggers for perhaps personal vendettas towards me. I needed peace to calm down and both the staff and patients constantly mocked me without care for my health. I didn't feel safe until I felt I could protect myself. That's why this facility has a low score from me. I was grateful for the staff that understood I was there for help after living through a lot. I give some staff five stars and others non. Inpatient treatment is not the setting for personal vendettas. It's to help people."

"Our minor family member went during a mental health crisis. Although there were some minor issues reported (late medications, understaffed) overall the experience was positive and helped. This is a safe facility compared to some others we have knowledge of. Thank you."

"I went here a couple weeks ago and it was the worst thing I have ever experienced. They would never provide me with enough feminine hygiene products and one morning I missed the ADL buckets by fifteen minutes and they would not let me even brush my hair or teeth. I did not get any of my personal belongings until day two, and they didn't even give me a hairbrush until day four. They do not treat you like a person, they treat you like a problem. If I could give negative stars, I would. The day I was discharged the first thing I said to my mom when we got outside was "oh my gosh there are trees!" And she started crying because we hadn't been allowed outside at all."

"I actually hate to give a low rating, but it's become necessary at this point. Their staff are very, very nice people. They understand and care about their patients. What does not work, however, is the scheduling and communication with those staff. It's nearly impossible to get an actual answer, despite voicemails and calling different departments. I care deeply about my mental health, and it still makes me unable to get care sometimes. What about the people who don't have that kind of energy? I hope they can fix this issue, as I said the staff is great but the mess I have to go through every time is not worth it. They, because of how health care is, are actually the best option here. I may have sounded harsh in my review, but I do trust these professionals very much."

"If you need some help with your personal life and issues, this is a good place for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful to getting you back on track and able to get back to life and back home. My wife was here for a little bit, and they helped her out with her issues, and my being able to visit and talk to her on the phone was easy to do. She didn't like the food, and on her day to go home, the accountant person was harassing my wife about paying her portion of the bill, which was not very helpful or professional service due to her condition. She was not a very nice person."
