"I recently went to this store to ask for some help reassembling my 1/6 truck. The owner looked at me in a very condescending way and glanced over to his employee for reassurance, then basically said that he didn't want anything to do with my business. Maybe he doesn't like money. I would not recommend this store to anyone who is looking for friendly service unless you're buying something, I'm sure."

"I bought the wrong size shocks for my rc truck, when I returned them the next day my money was refunded. I mentioned that I found the right size parts online and then was given attitude. " they won't work ". I was told. I asked " why not ".. " you'll see " he said. Shocks I got online are working fine now. I would rather support small local business but I can't stand a bad attitude"
