"I’m not originally from this state and I heard to go here from one person. I regret my decision took him 3 weeks and didn’t even work on my car. Would have me call him and still say I was to busy couldn’t get to it for three weeks. After 3 weeks and hearing excuses. I eventually called and asked for him to tow my car to another location since my car still wasn’t touched and he was asking questions like he just got it. He also hung up on me during a phone call asking him where body shops were . Very unprofessional I was calm and was just asking cause I’m not from here originally so don’t know other places. So I paid him $150 to tow my car and yet he didn’t even tow it the day he said he would. Then to find out I called the shop to see if my car was there he never told them he took my car there or call me and left my keys in my car. Very unprofessional very rude . I do not recommend maybe when he gets other help but he will keep stalling and not get your car fixed."

"Great place to go if you're having vehicle problems. My engine started blowing antifreeze out the front and they were able to tell me to their shop and have me on the road the next day! Their prices are fair and reasonable, with great customer service. Thank you again for all you've done."

"My water pump went out while driving down I-70. Jay was able to work me in on Monday morning and had me on my way. His wife even picked me up from the hotel. Friendly folks and good honest service. Highly recommend! If the shop wasn’t 400 miles away I’d give him some more business."

"We were so lucky to find Joe's Garage when our Check Engine light came on just west of Burlington! It was a Saturday morning and we couldn't find a Honda garage to run a diagnostic test on our Honda Accord. The Ford dealer sent us to Joe's Garage and Jay had the right diagnostic tool to check out our problem. It was a spark plug problem & Jay was able to take care of it with new plugs. We were so pleased with the service we received & price was fair for the work and parts. THANKS JAY for saving our vacation!"
