They ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer for overnight delivery and allowed us to stay in our motorhome in the parking lot while we waited. The staff kept us up to date with the progress and took the time to explain each step to us. The staff were respectful and we very much appreciate how quickly they repaired the motorhome. Thank you."
