"Pharmacy was one of my top picks but now there services is sub par! They can’t even follow through with a call back as the pharmacist said “sorry we are to busy to call back people we suggest calling your doctor and asking him to send to your prescription some place else that has a better warehouse supply than any of the Walgreens! That is customer care /patient care."

"Pharmacy hangs up on you after waiting 30 minutes. They will get on the phone and say please hold and ten minutes later hang up on you. It’s been over two hours and I’m still trying to get ahold of them. Switching to Fred Meyer. I called Fred Meyer and got ahold of them in less then 2 minutes. I’ve been on hold with Walgreens for 45 minutes 3 times and was hung up on before even speaking to a person."

"Not enough staff also a lot of times they don't have my medication they say they have to order it and they say we will have it tomorrow and when I come back the next day they don't have it and again I'm told they have to order it again so I'm not sure who is in charge of that place, Evidently nobody"

"Moved over from Fred Meyer after 8 years recently. I had forgotten how much I appreciated customer service. The Linder and McMillan Walgreens Pharmacy has been fantastic from transfers to monthly pick ups for both my wife and I. I can't speak to the service elsewhere in the store but the pharmacy so far has been triple A for us."

"Passport photo seekers beware! Long story short, Walgreens will not retake passport photos that they messed up, so don't trust them to take your passport photo! Go to Costco or Walmart where they are cheaper. I had my daughter's passport photo taken at this Walgreens (Linder & McMillan). A couple months later, we went to city hall to apply for a passport only for city hall to say that they could not accept the photo because the head was tilted in the picture. I went back to Walgreens where they had taken the photo to ask them to retake the photo free of charge, which I understand is their practice. The photo employee named Pat came out with a "big" body stance and stiff spine asking if this was the Walgreens we took the picture in originally. It was. I said that I understood it didn't matter which Walgreens we went to. Pat didn't think so. Then Pat wanted to know what date we took the photo, and if it was not in the last 30 days, they would not honor retaking the photo. I walked out in great anger and frustration as I feel they have wasted my time and money by not holding to good customer business practices. I paid good money for a product I cannot use. I will be removing my consistent pharmacy accounts from Walgreens and will retake the passport photos at Costco where they are much cheaper and will stand behind their products."
