"Beware of this pharmacy. One particular technician thinks that she controls when you get your script. Their own computer system told me it was time to refill. I did and was informed it would be ready the following day. When I arrived this lady said no you can't have it for 4 more days. We exchanged some words and I transferred my rx to the Caldwell store and had it in an hour. This lady should stick to filling scripts and not controlling people's lives. Life happens and you need your meds to get thru day to day life. I will not return to this store for anything and I recommend you do also. Note this was not a controlled substance."

"I am transferring my son's med's to a different pharmacy because they send me a text and say that his meds are ready and when I go to pick them up they say that they are just about done I drive 30 mins to pick them up and they do this to us everytime. They use to be spot on and for some reason they are going down hill hopefully Walgreens can figure it out but for now I am switching pharmacy because my son needs his meds on time..."

"They recieved the prescription at 10AM and said it would be 2:30PM before it would be ready. At 2:30 they said 5pm before it would be ready. I explained the patient just had surgery and needed the pain medication. It made no difference. The pharmacy is worthless."

"Worst pharmacy, will NEVER GO BACK.My dr ofiice sent a prescription on 12/30/2021, at about 3pm. I They kept saying It Wasn’t ready…on 12/31 at 3:00 The pharmacy calls telling me my dr needs to call to verbally ok script. New Years Eve Dr office closed…now I’m without medication…Not. Good thing!! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT FOLLOW THROUGH, PLUS THE NEXT TIME I CALLED SHE HUNG UP ON ME DONT GO THERE EVER!"
