"Always a very slow line. Really can't stand getting meds here. Only use for short term. They need more staff."

"They constantly try to fill a generic prescription for me even though the non generic is the one that is sent in and also the only one my insurance will cover. Which means when I try to pick up my medications I have to wait an hour for them to fix their mistake and fill the CORRECT medication."

"I dropped off three prescriptions after having my wisdom teeth out and they only processed one, and it took well over 3 hours. When we called to correct this they treated my husband and I terribly. The surgery office verified they sent in multiple prescriptions and they asked to have the pharmacy call them to correct the problem. We called the pharmacy again and we had over a 10 minute wait, once they answered we asked for them to call the surgery center. They refused and then treated us terribly again, the woman in the phone put us on hold and then when she got back on the phone she began speaking to us in a demeaning tone and slower like we were children. I would not recommend this a pharmacy should be kind and helpful this service certainly was not. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not return."

"My insurance says I save more on long term medications with Walgreens. I put mine on automatic refill so I never get caught without them. It usually takes a day or two to process a new prescription. Sometimes longer if they are out of stock. They are always busy, and in my opinion, need to hire more people in the pharmacy. They are always friendly and professional. Scheduling online appointments for vaccines are fast and easy. I gave then four stars because there is always room for improvement."
