"We purchased our camper from this location 2 years ago, and although the sales team was great, we cannot say the same for the service department. First, they never answer the phone so you have to drive there to make appointments. They had an opportunity today to do the right thing, and help us resolve an issue we were having with our batteries, but instead they chose not to. We called the Spokane valley location, and they were able to resolve our issue within minutes. The Spokane valley location didn’t understand why the Post Falls location couldn’t help us today. We will be happy to drive from CDA to Spokane valley for all of our service needs going forward. If I could go back in time, I would have purchased our camper from another business who actually care about making things right."
