"So fun, you don't need a lot of time to fully enjoy tubing maybe 50 minutes max"

"Very dissapointed that you can't walk up and buy any tickets, you must pre-buy them online days in advance or you are screwed, they will literally tell you to go away. Only 50 people here on the hill. No lines, easily enough room for more. Pic for reference, barely anyone here, do not plan a random day here with your family, unless you want disappointed crying children. Must buy tickets in advance *warning*"

"Our group of 5 came on a Friday. The first session of the day was 2pm and we bought our tickets online the night before. We arrived ahead of time so we could get our cards and sign the waiver. Grabbed our tubes and were ready to go at 2pm. Very friendly staff from check in to lane attendants. For the first few runs of the day they let some large groups go at the same time, but they had too much momentum for the conditions, so staff implemented a limit of 2 tubes at a time. Hints: stand your tube on edge in front of you going up the conveyor belt. Easier to manage and something to lean on. Make sure your tube has a long leash. Many are broken and are shorter, and then the tube bashes into your legs when walking. When you sit in your tube, make sure the 2 handles are in front of you, not behind, or your arms will be at an awkward angle on the ride down. No difference between red or blue tubes. We had so much fun, stayed for the full 2 hours, never a wait for the conveyor belt, and got in maybe 15-20 runs. Got our money’s worth!"

"I have honestly been to this sled hill every year for about 8 years. My family came the weekend of my sons birthday and invited friends whom it was their first time and we purchased our tickets online in advance as well as can 30 min early to get our cards to go up the hill. The staff were friendly on the bottom when checking everyone in but the line was very long and they didn’t seem to have enough staff for what was needed. This caused the check in to be about 30 plus minutes. When we finally got our sled cards the line up the hill was even longer and barely moving as they had one team member scanning everyone’s card, eventually after realizing this an hour in they got more help. They had three lanes for tubes but only two team members for work on the top to push you down. No one seemed to be communicating to each other and the team members were yelling at the customers because no one seemed to know what was going on. I personally spent almost $200 on tickets and with the line in a two hour slot only got to go down once and the rest of our party only got to go down twice. This was very disappointing."

"Came up from Boise for the weekend and decided to bring the kids. We bought out tickets online the night before. Which I recommend! When we got there, the session we came for was full. The 2 hours went quickly!! I would definitely go again."
