"Prices on hard goods have recently went up, bought something the other day, new in box. When I pulled the price tag off I found out I paid more at the Goodwill than I would have paid for it when it was new."

"Retail Store Prices off of free will donations. This company destroys our local communities ability to collect and supply needed items to needy people in general. Under the guise of "Good-Will". You have got to be kidding me. You take in billions of dollars worth of donations from good wholesome people with good intentions, and turn it out at Retail Price. On top of all that, and don't quote me on this, but I heard the so called CEO of the business get's paid in the hundreds of millions of dollars range. That is ludacris. Really though, anyone that wishes to focus their help and assistance to others need take into consideration that locally, at least here anyhow, it would be a better allocation of resources, if you were to say, donate to one of our locally owned and operated thrift store / bargain bazaar's. As those that work in these stores are more aware of our local communities needs, and I feel they care more for the local infrastructure. Whereas, a national chain like this will filter it's donations, sending them wherever they see fit, on top of that, price gouge what good items they do leave here for retail, as to further diminish our local populations resources and income. :Thanks for reading. I hope you all have a good night and tomorrow!"

"Sick of this goodwill putting down that devices were tested and works when they clearly haven’t been there has been multiple things marked as tested working that was clearly not tested. Most recent purchase was a Dr scholls massage mat that didn’t contain the power cord kind of hard to test it to work with no power cord for it"

"Dressing rooms were locked. When I asked if I could get one unlocked I was told they close them 45 minutes prior to the store closing. (This was 30 minutes prior to their closing time). I was then told I had 14 days to make a return if my item didn't work. After I told the clerk that I was from out of town she suggested for me to return at 9am to try on. Frustrating I couldn't try on 2 items after shopping in their store. Lost my business!"
